My name is Andrea Madden,

When I first met Cecil, I was in between jobs and struggling with finding a new job.

He helped me to authentically express myself, and be more open to possibilities. It worked so well, that my fear of not having references, simply melted away. Non were requested and now I am in an amazing job.

I also attend his weekly meditation classes.

I realized that we are all one, as a collective. In my ignorance I was living as though I was separate from others.

However, my challenge is getting caught up in thinking I am the doer. When I do, I get myself in trouble. I am catching myself more often. The secret is to keep quiet. This sound easy but it’s getting better.
I am learning to let go and ‘stop touching’ as Cecil reminds us.

We met one day as I was walking through the marsh.

I was struggling through some emotional trauma, and felt called to be in nature. Along my walk, Cecil passed by me, then stopped and asked if he could ask me a question.

We had a lovely chat, and he seemed to sense that I was in a place of trying to reach the next level of transcendence.His intuition and sense of my energy was incredible.My challenge was letting go of a past relationship trauma.

One that hurt me deeply and turned my life upside down.

I was trying to understand how another human could act so cruelly. And what lessons I was meant to learn from the experience. I joined Cecil’s weekly group zoom meets for a several months. He helped me find clarity and release the past, by emphasizing the importance of being in the present moment.

Trusting my inner guidance and letting go of things I have no control over, or cannot change. I have learned to recognize when troubling thoughts, memories and emotions surface.

To recognize them, but not “touch” them. It is all part of my journey. And I now have gratitude for the difficulties I faced in the past. And a greater sense of awareness that helps me live mindfully. And trust my inner voice and know that everything has balance…

The bad teaches us to appreciate the good.

I met Cecil by the lake with his 2 two grandchildren.

He approached me and asked if I meditated. I said yes.

He asked me if I was interested in a deeper form of meditation. I attended some of his classes which gave me more clarity on my thought process. I also discovered, that it is easier to allow the universe to manifest than trying to control.

It puts my mind more at ease, which allows my 18year old, son to come to me with questions instead of me probing And trying to control his future.

When I met Cecil teaching meditation classes at the Lorne Park Library in Mississauga,

Canada my daughter was suffering from anxiety. I was very angry with the medical and education systems for brushing off her illness.

Before taking Cecil’s meditation classes I was the Tasmania Devil whirling around juggling my million responsibilities!! My life was a roller coaster-good days and bad days ……

With daily meditation, weekly meditation classes and counselling with Cecil, I have the coping skills to deal with life and all that it throws at me. I have more days that are peaceful and calm.

I was referred to Cecil by Tresha. My challenge was finding peace and happiness.

What do I mean by that? More self reflection. Working on being still. Being comfortable. Strategies to be more aware.

In his weekly classes on – “Discovering the True Nature of Self.” I sat still with no desire. This is very important, because my thoughts were always getting me in trouble.

I discovered how to stop pushing them away by no longer touching them.
As a result, I am experiencing less stress and more peace.

I first met Cecil at CEO Space at its quarterly training event. 

He stood out from the leadership team answering questions that
participants needed guidance on. I believe that every change agent should have a coach. So post event, I started participating in his “true nature of self” weekly classes, which utilized his proprietary solutions that provided insight and practice, rooted in spirituality.

I also wanted to master walking by faith and not by sight.

It’s not sufficient for me to live a good life, but one that allows
me to live my true-life purpose, with grace and ease, irrespective
of these disruptive times. One of the key things that helped in my transformation is to sit in silence with no desire. In sitting with no desire, thoughts cannot intervene.

As a result, I have made gains in improving my self care, making my Self # 1. Cecil does not tell us what to do.

Over a year ago I was introduced to Cecil by my dad.

I wanted to find inner peace and improve love relationships.

Here’s what I discovered: I am more comfortable dating because I have established my boundaries. I learned to stop enabling in love relationships. Love begins at home and I cannot expect others to love me if I am not love.

Before, I was focused on the past but now, I know that staying in the present is a healthy way to live. I am no longer anxious about the future. When I nurture my inner self, life becomes effortless.

My thoughts used to cripple me, but now they’re like passing clouds.

In the past, I was constantly in pursuit of others. Now, people and things come to me. Before, I avoided overthinking by constantly doing.

Now, sitting in SILENCE releases the tension in my chest. Naturally, I still have work to do.

I met Cecil while attending the funeral of a mutual friend
during one of my visits to Toronto.

I had decided to relocate to Canada and had the family home in Barbados listed with a broker.

The market was very sluggish due to the state of the economy.

We chatted after the funeral and he assured me that the property would be sold for my expected price. I did have a better feeling after the conversation. I returned to my homeland and shortly afterwards
received an offer.

It was acceptable and the transaction was concluded. On my return to Canada, Cecil invited me to attend his weekly online class.

Where participants are introduced to breathing techniques and the benefits of sitting in stillness for long periods.

I enjoy the reinforcement exercises as we tend to revert to old familiar techniques when left on our own.

My name is Adriano Cavaliere,

I met Cecil at Longo’s grocery store.

I had seen him a few times before and intuitively knew I should
speak with him. We spoke for about an hour. During our discussion, Cecil pointed out that I was lacking clarity. I was not sure what that meant but there was a feeling of trust. We started working together and I recognized how little I was doing for myself and how much I was
doing for others. This was eye opening to say the least.

Over the last year I have overcome many boundaries that were put in place by my conditioning. Living in the past put me in fear. Then I realized that when I live in the present. There’s no fear. Thoughts about the future had me anxious and worried. I realized the future does not exist. Only the present does. My communication with my family was like walking on eggshells. Now there’s space and harmony.

His teaching applies to every aspect of life.

There’s this Oneness I am experiencing, but still have some challenges every now and then. It’s important to stay consistent. Consistency is sitting in silence, with no desire or want, this is the secret sauce. What is most important is to be aware when I am not and make the adjustment.

Everything happens in divine timing. I am accepting of this.

On a few occasions, I have experienced that the less I do, the more opportunities are presented to me.I have made progress on my way to knowing myself and having more clarity and space. I am grateful for the challenges of the journey as I sink deeper into peace. I am more focused, have more energy and clarity.

Where ever it takes me, it takes me.

I was introduced to Cecil by Mandy, a mutual friend.

I was facing the challenge of knowing what’s true and what’s not. Before, it was more living life as my conditioning. What I learned from my parents, school, and media. After realizing that this conditioning is not true. I discovered, there is no longer past or future. There’s only the present moment.

There’s no reason to be the doer, it just is. (no action required).

The less I do, the more is done. The zoom Classes allowed me the repetition. Of what I discovered to cement.

Sandra would like to thank you from the bottom of my heart, for all the work you have done with me over the last two years. In order to become more balance.( Not quite there yet!!!)

Your meditation tapes with regard to “Empty Your Cup” and my One TO One meetings, have helped to almost become whole. Which I have not been all my life. I have learned that I have not been balanced and a whole person all my life. For 65 years. Its along time. It’s never too late.

I have always been spiritual. But just being around you and putting my life in god’s hands, has made me more spiritual. I no longer question.
